How long does shipping take?
Once a bike is purchased, it is sent to our workshop for certification. This process, including final professional packaging and courier transit, typically takes 7 to 10 business days depending on your location.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and specialized financing options that allow you to pay for your bike in monthly installments.
Do the bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all Tuvalum Certified bikes come with a 12-month warranty against mechanical defects. Additionally, we offer a 14-day return policy if the bike does not meet your expectations.
Are the bikes insured during transit?
Absolutely. Every shipment is fully insured for the total value of the bike. Our specialized cycling logistics partners use reinforced packaging to ensure your equipment arrives in perfect condition.
Can I trade in my old bike as part of the payment?
Yes, we offer a buy-back program. You can submit your current bike's details for a valuation, and the agreed price can be deducted from the purchase of your new bike on Tuvalum.
